From 91 turn onto Cottonwood and go up cemetery road. Norman and Mary are in the southeast part of the cemetery close to the parking lot. Even if you didn’t know that, you could find them in a cemetery this small.
You can continue up Cottonwood and get to Downey. We tried it without seeing a map of it and it was fairly straightforward. The road will fork after a while; you take the left fork which is Lone Pine. It might be more like a left turn off Cottonwood. Lone Pine zigs and zags for a while; make sure to stay on it. Turn right on Pratt Road, then left on Grant and follow that for a while into Downey. Turn left with Grant and the cemetery will be on your right.
