Born about 1724 to Mary and William Cornell
Married William Merrell 16 September 1750 in Hopewell
Mary-Benjamin-Eli-Charles-Charles William-Fenly-Clifford
Died 15 August 1813
Buried in North Carolina
I don't know much about Mary except what can be found in others' histories. The only story anyone ever tells about her is that the British split her tongue after raiding her house in North Carolina near the end of the Revolutionary War. Apparently she told them what she thought of their actions. And that's all she gets to be known for here.
